My purchased music is not easily accessible and the default for searching is not my music library. I can only hope Google improves the replacement app since there is no other suitable option. I loved everything about this app, it was the perfext thing to listen to music on. You could make playlists however you wanted, without any unnecessary additions.

Simply put, it was wonderful, and I'm absolutely pissed that you're swapping it with a mediocre replacement. I'm unbelievably disappointed with this decision. From glitches that do not allow it to read my own music libraries, to intrusive advertisements about bands they wish to endorse. I've uninstalled this app, and decided to go with VLC for playing my own music. If you need to stream music like a radio, there are quite a few other apps that make this seem like an AM transmitter in an area of satellite radio.
Overall this app works fine, except for one thing. When u make a playlist and try moving songs around, for some reason the app undoes all the song movements I made. I'll have moved 10 different songs to where I want them in the playlist and then it stops for a second and all of a sudden the songs are back where they were before I moved them. This is extremely frustrating and happens very frequently. If this can be fixed that would be AMAZING. I found this app so brilliant in comparison to any other music app out there, and have been in love using this for years ever since I got my first phone. All these years and happy memories - and now you want to shut this down?! It feels like a breakup that I'll never be able to let go of. Being able to support artists that you love by buying their individual songs, or whole albums was the jam!

Like changing the artist , art and name of an album. We also need a way to move a song from one album to another. Also for some reason my playlists randomly lose all their songs and I have to add them all again. Sometimes the app just stops working by that I mean I can't click on anything the only why I can fix it is by restarting my phone or uninstalling the app's updates. Everything seem to be alright until I decide to change file location, all the music I moved could not be seen in the music App anymore, does it mean I can't change file location? I've tried to clear cache and data, but I won't see the music, they're my favorite music, that was why I tried to move them. Fix this,, it's annoying. Meanwhile, let me go and download a reasonable music app and enjoy my music. very hard to use. i tried to get to my song, but when I get to the specific music that I like, it goes to a different band and song of a totally different genre and plays that instead.
I am sure they did that just because it is 'free' music and artist do not like the fact that people can get that 'free' music. So the application is only made for you to get a sliver of the music and pay for it when the headache gets too much to bare with this app. Btw, its ok anyway. I'm going to miss this app a lot. I think the best part of this app was that you could still listen to your music even in airplane mode and it automatically added your songs. That's a bit much. Searching for music through the online feature is fairly annoying if you want to listen to a specific band or album too. The app has a very strong preference for "radio" and like, which leaves you listening to music "similar" to what you want to listen to, but not what you actually want to listen to. Over all, feeling a bit annoyed with the app, so I'm trying other options. I've used this app since I've got my first phone. My playlists were easy to create, music was easy to find and listen to. Ya not all the playlist were correct with the artists music, but all around this app was good.
Now out of nowhere its suddenly no longer available. I've been told to convert to youtube music, but I have used this and dont like it. I wish they'd just leave it alone at the state it's at.
